4 adet yeşil soğan

1 çorba kaşığı kıyılmış maydonoz
1 tatlı kaşığı un
1 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası
1 çay kaşığı hardal
1 çay kaşığı kekik, karabiber
½ su bardağı et suyu
Pastırmalı Biftek Sarma tarifi uygulama aşamaları;
Halka soğanlar, zeytinyağ, limon suyu, tuz, karabiber ve kekiği iyice karıştırılır.
Bifteklere sürülerek 2 saat kadar dinlendirilir.
Dinlenmiş bifteklerin üzerinden soğanlar alınır.
Bifteklerin içine pastırma ve ince doğranmış taze soğanla birlikte baharat serpip sarın.
Etlerin açılmaması için 2 ucundan kürdanla tutturulur ya da iple bağlanır.
Bir tavada tereyağını ve sıvı yağı kızdırdıktan sonra et sarmalarını kızartılır
Etleri servis tabağına alınır
Etlerin kızardığı tavada un, domates, hardal, tuz karabiber, maydonoz ve suyla pişirilir
Un kokusu gidene kadar pişirilir
Hazırlanan sos et sarmalarının üzerine dökülerek servis yapılır.
